Volcanos !
Welcome to N.A.E website. On this website you will learn about different types of volcanos and much more we hope you enjoy the website we worked hard on!
A Volcano is a mountain that erupts molten lava that turns into cool rock after it has cooled down.

When volcanoes erupt it can lead to dangerous things! For example, it can make a lot of smoke and it can explode an. Make sparks and really hot fire come out which its really called lava.
The red spots represent where the Volcanoes are located. Its showing you a map of the active volcanos, plate tectonics, and the "Ring of Fire".
This is showing a picture of a volcano shooting out hot red lava. The lava looks like its really burning hot which it really is.
A volcano is a mountain that opens downward to a pool of molten rock below the surface of the earth. In eruption, gasses and rock shoot up through the opening and spill over to fill the air with lava fragments. Eruptions can cause lava flows, hot ash flows, mudslides, avalanches, falling ash and floods. The danger area around a volcano covers about a 20 mile radius.
Cinder cone simplest type of volcano. They are built from particles and blobs of congealed lava ejects from a single vent. Cinder cones are numerous in western north america as well as throughout other volcanos terrines of the world.
Composite volcanoes- Some of the earths grandees mountains are composite volcanos- sometimes called strata volcanoes most composite volcanoes have a crater at the summit which contain a central vent or a clustered group of vents.

Shield volcanoes, the third type of volcano, are built almost entirely of fluid lava. Flows after flow pours out in all directions from a central summit vent, or group of vents, building a broad, gently sloping cone of flat, domical shape, with a profile much like that of a warrior's shield. They are built up slowly by the accretion of thousands of highly fluid lava flow.
